Catherine Elizabeth Middleton was conceived in Reading, England on the 9th of January , 1982. As she became a member of the Royal family in later, Kate was born in an upper-middle class home, with two other siblings. Her mother, Kate's, launched a highly successful business named Party Pieces. It is a company that sells party products and was valued at around $40 million in 2011. The Middleton family does have strong ties with her father as well as royalty. Since 1926, the Middleton family was interacting extensively with royalty. Many generations of the Middleton family have also benefited from trust funds established more than a century ago. At the age of Kate Middleton was 2 years old, the Middleton family relocated to Jordan and her father was employed by British Airways. Kate Middleton enrolled at St. Andrew's Academy after her return from Jordan along with her family at the age of four. After having graduated from Downe House School, Middleton continued her education at Marlborough College and Marlborough College. After that, she continued to study at the University of St. Andrews.
